Catherina at "SPA for the Soul" in Walnut Creek - June 6
On June 6 Catherina participated to an event addressing women's health. Following an opening talk from keynote speaker, she was among a panel of 3 professionals and experts animating a debate and Q&A session with the audience.
Catherina shared her experience and perspective on how fitness and training can contribute to many aspects of a woman's health. As she likes to remind - "when it's comes to training and nutrition I am a natural" - Catherina's approach to training address all aspects of the body and part of her work is to help people to reach their goals contributing to a better well being and balance in life. Like a coatch, Catherina provides motivation, focus, efficiency, providing useful nutrition advice and diet tips.
